Event Protocol is led by Jugita Sandhu. Before setting up Event Protocol, Jugita worked as an freelance Events Manager for 7 years providing event management services to some of London’s leading investment banks such Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock and RBS. She organised some of the banks most influential client events and flagship conferences not only in London but across the EMEA region.

Having worked in the events industry for many years, Jugita soon realised that finding reliable, professional and experienced temporary event staff to service some of London’s most prestigious events onsite was notoriously difficult. She was all too familiar with just how challenging it was to source experienced and professional event staff for some of the most reputable gatherings, events and promotional campaigns in London. It was those experiences that inspired Jugita to set up Event Protocol – a professional event staffing agency.

The company’s primary focus is to supply the events, marketing and PR industries with experienced and professional event staff to support all types of corporate, promotional and hospitality events. The team at Event Protocol realise that event staff are the public face of the companies they serve, so staff onsite at events or promotional campaigns must be professional, immaculately groomed, experienced and highly personable and no one understands this more than the team at Event Protocol.
