Sandra

Sandra is a trained actress and has been working on a number of high profile promotional and event staffing jobs for a number of years. She particularly enjoys VIP hospitality and presentation and is particularly suited to corporate event and conference support.

Sandra is a confident speaker and is fully fluent in German and English and so often works on international conferences and business to business trade shows. Sandra also has experience as a corporate receptionist having worked for financial PR firm Merlin for six years and in customer services for Swissair.

Jo

Jo is also an Actress, who in her free time chooses to work within the event & promotional staffing industry. Jo is a hard working calm individual, who enjoys both working alone and as part of a team, to help client events run smoothly.

Jo has extensive corporate event staffing experience in particular conference support onsite. She has worked for Investment Banks such as Credit Suisse to support registration desk duties, meet and greet clients and speaker, manage up to 500 One on One meetings, assistance with Q&A and Plenary sessions.

She also has extensive exhibition staffing experience having worked at venues like the Excel and Earls Court, for Nokia, World Retail, Bett, and many more.

Kayko

Kayko is a real asset to the Event Protocol. A trained presenter and model, she regularly works with us to support both corporate and promotional event campaigns. Her versatility and wealth of experience within the event staffing industry means she is flexible and adaptable for both corporate event staff and promotional staff roles.

Her corporate event staffing experience is impressive having worked for names such as Merril Lynch and Jaguar to support their international conferences.

She can comfortably present to live audiences at large business to business trade shows and exhibitions. Having also worked as a presenter at QVC, presenting comes naturally to Kayko.

Emily

Emily has a pleasant personality matched by an efficient and methodical way of working; all which makes Emily a valuable member of the corporate event staff team.

She has worked with many clients to support their marketing efforts at business to business trade shows,  including BDTA (dentistry trade show), Beauty Show, Perform, World Trade Fair and the Ideal Home Show.

Giulia

Giulia is an actress and has also worked within corporate hospitality and events for several years.

Her duties have included working directly with clients for exhibition staffing support at various trade shows in London such as World Travel Market. Further more she also assists at financial conferences for Morgan Stanley with set up, meet and greet, assistance with Q&A and time management for back to back business meetings.

Giulia is fluent in English and Swedish and will always deliver quality and professionalism to her work.

Sarah

When Sarah is not acting, she works in the corporate field. She have a wealth of experience in events and conference support and also in training and role-play work for various private companies, banks, government and public sector organisations (Credit Suisse, ATP tour, Nokia, Barclays & TaTa consulting). As an actress, Sarah has great presenting skills and has also presented a corporate event for Opal in Saltzsberg. Sarah is pro active, personable and flexible and happy working alone or in a team.
